Biography

Dr. Mrs. Karmel Andzenge is a certified Leadership, Management, Project Management, Administrative, and Procurement specialist with a strong history in Federal Public Service and International Best Practices Management. She holds a Ph.D. in International Law & Diplomacy, along with two Masters’ degrees—one in International Law & Diplomacy and an MBA in Management. Additionally, she is a Certified Professional Consultant with the Chartered Management Institute of Consulting in the UK and a member of the Institute of Value Management in the UK. Moreover, she has achieved the esteemed titles of Fellow of The Institute of International Management Consultants (FIMC) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

She completed two Executive Education Programs at Harvard University (Kennedy School) in Boston, Massachusetts, where she was trained to be a Strategic Leader in the Twenty-First Century and acquired Leadership Skills as a Global Change Agent to achieve better Leadership results, impact, and influence.

In addition to her impressive credentials, she is a certified John C. Maxwell Leadership Trainer, Speaker, Coach, and Mentor. Furthermore, she holds accreditation as a CMC-Global trainer on ISO 20700:2017 (Guidelines for Management Consultancy Services), authorized and licensed by the International Council of Management Consultants Institutes (ICMCI). She has also completed the “Coaching Skills for Learner-Centered Conversations” program at Imperial College, London.

With over 20 years of senior management experience, Karmel has demonstrated expertise in leadership, project management, procurement, security management, risk management, financial management administration, operations, and human resource management. As an experienced Administrator and a Management expert, she excels at mentoring, managing people, teams, assets, and resources, and effectively managing projects.

Over the course of her career, she has held various roles within prominent organizations such as the British Council, the International Organization, and the Department for International Development (DFID). Additionally, she has contributed her expertise to UNICEF, serving as a Focal Person, Consultant, and Facilitator. At National Orientation Agency (NOA) of Nigeria, she advanced to the Directorate Level, demonstrating her dedication and proficiency. Her professional background encompasses extensive experience in both the private sector and public service, spanning various levels of government, including the Federal and State Governments. Notably, she has actively participated in High-Level Committees and engaged with policymakers and key government institutions. Committed to making a difference, she is an esteemed member of multiple international non-governmental organizations focused on supporting vulnerable groups such as women and children, as well as combatting gender-based violence.

Presently, she serves as a dynamic International Resource Person/Consultant specializing in Leadership, Management, and Mentoring.
